What happens if the developer is not a good fit?+

Which timezones do you cover?+

Most of our bench overlaps with US Eastern and Central. We can staff GMT and GMT+1 for UK and EU agencies. If you need a specific timezone window, tell us in the brief and we'll confirm before sending profiles.

Can we hire the developer directly later?+

Yes, after six months. There's a one-time conversion fee, listed upfront in the contract. In practice, most agencies don't convert — once the developer's embedded and the reporting's handled, it's less work to keep them on the bench than to run payroll, benefits, and management yourself.

Do you work on non-Shopify projects?+
