Will my client know the developer isn't on our payroll?+

No. Your developer works inside your tools, joins your standups, and uses your email domain if you want. We stay invisible unless you introduce us.

What happens if the developer isn't a fit?+

We replace them. No re-sourcing fee, no two-week gap. We keep backup profiles warm for exactly this reason.

How fast can someone start?+

Profiles in two or three business days. Most developers can start within one week of your green light.

For merchants

How do you measure results?+

We set a baseline with you before we touch anything — traffic, conversion rate, AOV, revenue. Everything we report is a delta against that number, not a vanity metric.

What does a CRO engagement cost?+

Ranges start at $3k–$8k/month for a focused sprint. We publish ranges because hiding pricing doesn't create more leads — it creates worse ones.
